Before you hand us your keys

Do I keep control of my calendar?

Yes. You block the dates when you want to use your property, and you see every booking in real time.

When do I get paid?

Once a month, with a detailed statement: nights, rates, fee, and any maintenance costs you approved.

Is there a minimum contract length?

No long-term commitment, with a notice period agreed together. Bookings already confirmed are honoured.

Who pays for cleaning?

Cleaning fees are added to the price the guest pays on Airbnb and Booking. They do not come out of your income.

What if something gets damaged?

We do a photo check after every stay. If there is damage, we file the claim with the platform (AirCover on Airbnb) and recover the deposit when possible.

I live abroad. Can you still manage my property?

Yes, that is what we are here for. Everything runs remotely: statements, photos, transfers and WhatsApp updates, wherever you live.
